Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For business development associate post, the payable salary will be Rs 25,000 - 45,800 per month approximately.

Responsibilities of Business Development Associate -
- Be the first touchpoint for new partner candidates
- Generating walk-ins among cook candidates and referrals from UC partners
- Managing candidate and referral data (including immigration documents and health tests)
- Drive process improvements across functions with data-driven inputs
- Supporting end-to-end on-boarding funnel and ensuring strong pipeline flow till Go-live in Dubai.
