Responsibilities for Proposal Specialist -
- Assist in the creation and design of impactful business proposals
- Collaborate with team members to confirm alignment with client needs
- Enhance skills in proposal management through hands-on experience
- Follow brand guidelines and resources meticulously
- Interpret client requirements based on provided training
- Engage with diverse teams to foster meaningful connections
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of proposal strategies
- Support the development of proposals using various digital tools.
- Invite and give in the moment feedback in a constructive manner
- Share and collaborate effectively with others
- Identify and make suggestions for improvements when problems and/or opportunities arise
- Handle, manipulate and analyze data and information responsibly

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For proposal specialist and business writer posts, the payable salary will be Rs 50,400 and for associate post, the payable salary will be Rs 31,200 per month approximately. (Note - Salaries mentioned are based on data from Glass-door, Ambition Box, etc. and may vary. The figures provided here are not fixed and are subject to fluctuations.
