Responsibilities of Customer Service Representative

- Your role is to provide technical support assistance to clients on a supported products and infrastructure
- Following a standard call flow and problem handling processes,
- Receive and record incident related information and using a variety of tools, techniques and procedures
- Select appropriate actions to resolve problems and communicates the solution or action plan to the client
- Proficient to ensure customer issues are resolved in the most timely and effective manner possible
- Demonstrable ability to handle various tasks pr projects with changing priorities
- Ability to identify basic hardware parts and aware of basic hardware concepts
- Find opportunity and implement process improvements
- Ability to empathize and work with customers in real-time to resolve issues
- Hands on expertise to assemble a complete and accurate problem/ symptom description of reported issues.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For customer service representative (work from home) post, the payable salary will be Rs 37,500 per month approximately. (Note
