Responsibilities for Customer Service Specialist -
  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Utilize basic workforce management skills to optimize service delivery and maintain efficient operations
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements that enhance customer experience
  • Monitor customer interactions to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference
  • Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures
  • Support the team in achieving service level agreements and performance targets. 
Responsibilities for Sign Language Interpreter -
  • Interpret spoken communication between Bengali/Nepali/French and English in real time
  • B2 Certification in French is required
  • Handled inbound/ outbound calls chats or emails where bilingual support needed
  • Ensure accuracy, cultural sensitivity and tone during interpretation
  • Collaborate with support team to resolve customer queries effectively. 
Responsibilities for Process Excellence Manager -
  • Business Process Quality work focuses on developing, identifying, analyzing and improving existing general business processes
  • Applying process definition, improvement and design methodologies to identify, analyze and improve business processes to improve quality
  • Reduce costs, increase efficiencies/ productivity, increase customer satisfaction, etc.
  • Developing documentation to support analysis and improvement including business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, gap/problem analysis, etc.
  • Planning implementing quality assurance and compliance processes.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay -  For customer service specialist post, the payable salary will be Rs 32,000, for sign language interpreter post, the payable salary will be Rs 30,000 and for process excellence manager post, the payable salary will be Rs 50,400 per month approximately.
