Responsibilities of Social Media Trainee -
- Help and manage our 5 million plus follower-strong social media presence and work with some of India’s most exciting digital creators
- Work closely with content creators across the country to shape and deliver high-impact collaborations from affiliate-led videos to brand campaigns
- Support the planning and publishing of content across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Snapchat and more
- Help identify creators who can drive affiliate-driven content and track the performance of their posts
- Assist in exploring how Gen AI tools can streamline and enhance our content workflows
- Stay on top of platform updates, creator-led trends and competitor moves and bring ideas to the table proactively
- Help manage timelines, creator databases and content calendars during key campaigns and product launches.
Responsibilities of Assistant Manager -
- Owning the operational metrics associated with programs for driving performance and compliance's
- Manage Internal and external stakeholders
- Partner with the 3PLs to develop new processes and driving performance metrics
- Spearhead business process improvements to positively affect operational efficiencies
- Identify potential points of continuous improvement to fill in existing process gaps
- Conduct data analysis to develop insights and identify areas of improvement.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For social media trainee post, the payable salary will be Rs 20,200 and for assistant manager post, the payable salary will be Rs 41,600 per month approximately. (Note - Salaries mentioned are based on data from Glass-door, Ambition Box, etc. and may vary. The figures provided here are not fixed and are subject to fluctuations.
