Responsibilities for Customer Service Representative -
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers always
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Communicating with customers through various channels
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
- Complete understanding of products inside and out with ability to train the juniors
- Keeping records of customer interactions, comments and complaints
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Managing a team of junior customer service representatives
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Responsibilities for Global Cloud Security Engineer -
- Demonstrated understanding of current and emerging cloud security technologies and can clearly articulate the business benefit to the organization
- Partner with multiple platform and application owners to review and approve solutions and develop best practices and standards that can be leveraged company-wide
- Work closely with the managers and the global director of security engineering on the development of functional goals and objectives
- Be seen as a functional leader and resource within the company and a security technical lead
- Support other areas on global security around investigations, risk assessments and new projects as required
- Support the approval process for requirements from internal and external clients
- Provides input in the development of operating and capital budgets.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For customer service representative (chat/ voice process) and communication trainer posts, the payable salary will be Rs 33,300 per month, for global cloud security engineer, the payable salary will be Rs 41,600 per month approximately.
