Responsibilities of Product Manager -
- Contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle
- Define the problem, propose and create the solution
- Provide inputs for functional solution design, product strategy definition and work on business alignment
- Guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope
- Shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Responsibilities of HR Associate Lead -
- Be the voice of business to suggest HR practices that support business objectives
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement innovative programs, processes and solutions
- Proactive liaison and consultation with business stakeholders to understand the changing needs of the business and to suggest solutions aligned to changing priorities
- Continually evaluates existing work processes and prospective processes work to ensure the most effective use of resources
- Audits and recommends updates to HR data and systems in respective portfolio
- Assists with all audit requests (external & internal) pertaining to employee life cycle.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For product manager post, the payable salary will be Rs 45,600 and for HR associate lead post, the payable salary will be Rs 33,300 per month approximately.
