- Video customer identification carry out customer identification process through video calls performing due diligence checks and reviewing KYC documentation through video calls
- Interaction quality complete and accurate capture of call interactions
- Need to ensure whether defect rates kept under acceptable levels
- Customer service must exhibit highest standard of customer service to ensure customers are comfortable through our verification process
- Audit

followed as stipulated by audit and senior management ensure accurate
and timely processing of KYC submission requests.

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For Video KYC Officer post, the payable salary will be Rs 32,500 per month approximately.
