Selection Method - For recruitment in the Staff Selection Commission, the candidate will be selected on the basis of their performance in the computer-based online exam (TIER1 and TIER 2) and then personal interview. Candidates must be prepared for these tests.
Syllabus/ Exam Criteria - The computer based exam for SSC will consist of following subjects -
TIER 1
TIER 2
- General Intelligence and Reasoning (25 Marks, 25 Questions)
- General Awareness (25 Marks, 25 Questions)
- Quantitative Aptitude (25 Marks, 25 Questions)
- English Language and Comprehension (25 Marks, 25 Questions).
The
total duration of TIER 1 exam will be 60 minutes. Total number of questions
will be 100 and total marks will be 100. There will be negative
marking of 0.25 marks for one wrong answer. The medium for examination will be Hindi and
English.
TIER 2
- Physics/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering (100 Marks).
The
total duration of TIER 2 exam will be 60 minutes. Total marks will be 100. There will be negative
marking of 0.25 marks for one wrong answer. The medium for examination will be Hindi and
English.

- No further work experience required for this post. Fresher candidates
