Responsibilities of Talent Acquisition Specialist -
- Source, receive, screen, and file incoming resumes, background and reference checks
- Conduct initial screening interviews, schedule online/ telephonic interviews and/or face-to-face interviews for prospective applicants
- Assist with recommendations to hiring manager on candidate hire and partner with appropriate stakeholders to offer competitive compensation packages and facilitate negotiation with candidates
- Ensure the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process, working within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Maintain consistent standards for all applicants and ensure compliance with all local rules and regulations related to hiring and recruiting
- Ensure Local employment laws compliance for respective countries
- Must ensure that the all direct channels are rightly used to source the talent
- Ensure that candidate is given the right experience at the time of hiring and own the hire until he/ she is on-board
- Deliver results in line with the recruitment metrics defined by the corporate teams
- Ensure that all positions are fulfilled with in the stipulated mentioned billing start date.
