Responsibilities of Customer Service Agent (International Voice)
  • Responding to customer requests and contacting customers by email/ phone based on language skills about card and customer account maintenance
  • Advising about company campaigns, answering general company and its product related questions
  • Taking complaints and cash claims.
Responsibilities of Webchat (Email Customer Support) -
  • Answer incoming calls, respond top email and chats
  • Explain company's features, products and services
  • Make billing adjustments in accordance with company policies
  • Assist customers with service or feature modifications on account.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay -  For customer service agent (international voice) post, the payable salary will be Rs 22,500 and for webchat post, the payable salary will be Rs 29,160 per month approximately. (Note - Salaries mentioned are based on data from Glass-door, Ambition Box, etc. and may vary. The figures provided here are not fixed and are subject to fluctuations.
