Responsibilities of Customer Service Agent (International Voice) -
- Responding to customer requests and contacting customers by email/ phone based on language skills about card and customer account maintenance
- Advising about company campaigns, answering general company and its product related questions
- Taking complaints and cash claims.
- Answer incoming calls, respond top email and chats
- Explain company's features, products and services
- Make billing adjustments in accordance with company policies
- Assist customers with service or feature modifications on account.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For customer service agent (international voice) post, the payable salary will be Rs 22,500 and for webchat post, the payable salary will be Rs 29,160 per month approximately.
