Responsibilities of Email Marketing Operations Specialist -
- Responsible for hands on production of end customer messages
- Define recipient segment, suppression lists, automated importing rules and conduct data hygiene
- Work closely with other teams to identify SMS and email related guidelines and ensure compliance
- Develop A/B and multivariate tests, report outcomes and optimize campaigns based on results
- Understand marketing campaign strategy and terms, monitor campaign performance and data quality, help in outbound and inbound marketing activities, evaluate key performance metrics and liaise with creative teams for business approval.
