Responsibilities for KYC Support Associate -
- Review, execute and decision the allocated cases for video KYC processes
- Ensure complete adherence to the regulations/ policy defined for video KYC process as well as KYC documents
- Ensure accurate updation of the decisioning files/ system for the final decisions on the cases
- Ensure prioritization and closure of urgent customer/ internal stakeholders emails as well as referrals
- Review the process and proactively identify the gaps and highlight the same for changes
- Maintain/ track process specific responsibilities assigned for any new changes in policies/ processes.
- Responsible to work on hunter process with flexible shift timings and adherence to team roster
- Responsible for implementation of credit card policy guidelines
- Timely highlight fraud trends to the management
- Focusing on enhancing hunter catch rate
- Ensure error free decisioning and maintain requisites levels of quality scores
- Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with all
- Improvise changes in policies
- mentor new joiners under buddy alignment.
- Identify and prevent application fraud for processing of SBI Card applications within the process SLA and TAT requirements in line with company policy
- Require working on Fraud prevention process with flexible shift timings (24*7) basis business requirement and adherence to team roster
- Scrutiny of credit card applications
- Check if application is complaint to KYC norms
- Credit check in documents with predefined policies and get into income calculations
- Ensure decision is taken within TAT and with desired accuracy
- Tempering need to be checked in documents.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For KYC support associate, executive, associate posts, the payable salary will be Rs 25,800 - 29,160 per month approximately.
