Responsibilities for Operations Executive -
- Manage leads, CRM records, databases and operational trackers
- Support lead generation, prospect research and database building
- Execute outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, social media and other relevant channels
- Manage follow-ups with prospects and ensure timely communication
- Handle post-conference activities, including updating lead data, organizing leads and coordinating follow-ups
- Prepare relevant information, reports, and data for demo calls and sales activities
- Prepare regular operational and performance reports
- Coordinate with internal team members to ensure smooth execution of day-to-day workflows
- Maintain accurate documentation of processes and operational activities
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency
- Support the team with online research, data management, reporting and other operational requirements.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For operations executive post, the payable salary will be Rs 30,000 per month approximately. (Note
