Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For claims representative post, the payable salary will be Rs 35,940 - 41,600 per month approximately. Responsibilities of Claims Representative -
- Receive, document, and manage assigned claims from start to resolution
- Investigate claims by requesting and reviewing move details, photos, crew notes and customer statements to determine what happened
- Determine appropriate resolutions (repair, replacement, reimbursement, discount, etc.) within approved guidelines and timelines set for the department
- Process approved compensation, discounts or account adjustments accurately
- Keep detailed, accurate notes on every claim and all related communications
- Identify recurring issues and report trends to management for process improvement
- Escalate complex or high-risk claims to a supervisor when needed
- Stay active and responsive on team communication channels
- Support special projects and new-hire training as assigned
- Provide excellent service by phone and email.
