Responsibilities of Account Manager -
- Manage and support a portfolio of retail clients provided by the company or acquired through the company’s website/ app
- Handle retail client inquiries related to trading platforms, account operations, deposits, withdrawals and technical issues in a timely and professional manner
- Educate retail clients on the latest financial products, trading strategies and platform functionalities
- Identify, engage and acquire new retail clients through proactive outreach, to expand customer base and achieve defined individual and team sales targets
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including client support, operations and marketing to ensure the timely and effective resolution of escalated or complex client issues
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to maintain alignment on product updates, service enhancements and ongoing or upcoming promotional campaigns.
