Responsibilities for Customer Services Associate -
- Responsible for handling of Inbound calls/ outbound from credit card holders to resolve customer services requests, complaints and queries as per agreed SLAs
- Provide servicing to customers ensuring optimum service levels to enhance customer experience
- Achieve targets on a daily basis like AHT, productivity, cross sell (S2S), retention, voice call quality and procedures
- Provide real-time inputs and raise red flags on process gaps, ensuring minimal repeated errors on escalations
- Ensure maintenance of TAT of resolution across sub-processes
- Ensure process documentation and compliance adherence.
Responsibilities for Remittance Executive -
- Responsible for managing payment interactions efficiently and effectively which involves timely allocation of interactions, regular coordination with cross functional stakeholders and payment agencies to resolve customer issues timely
- Prepare complaints/ request SR allocation and assign the cases to respective agents
- Daily allocation and performance reports sharing with management
- Reporting the pre-alert/ TAT burst cases to cross functional teams for faster resolution and timely closure
- Drive resolution of customer complaints within the defined TAT to ensure timely closure of the cases
- Co-ordination with payment agencies, bank and aggregators on disputed transactions to resolve the customer issue timely
- Analyze repeat complaints to identify the issue and requirements to resolve it positively
- Closure revert monitoring and improvement
- Perform process documentation and compliance adherence.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For customer services associate post, the payable salary will be Rs 25,800 - 29,160 and for remittance executive post, the payable salary will be Rs 34,500 per month approximately.
