Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For painter carpenter, cook, civilian mechanical transport driver, lower division clerk, Hindi typist, storekeeper posts, the payable salary will be
Rs 19,900 - 63,200 and for multitasking staff (MTS), laundryman, housekeeping staff, vulcaniser posts, the payable salary will be Rs 18,000 - 56,900 per month. Further information about salary details is mentioned in the detailed advertisement.

Selection Method - For recruitment in the Indian Air Force, the candidate will be selected on the basis of their performance in the online written exam, skill/ practical test and then a personal interview. Candidates must be prepared for these tests.
Work Experience - No further work experience required for these posts. Fresher candidates and candidates with no experience can also apply for this recruitment.
- Carpenter/ Painter - {10th pass with ITI in carpenter/painter trade}
- Cook - {10th pass with certificate or diploma in catering with minimum one year of experience in relevant trade}
- Civilian Mechanical Transport Driver - {10th pass with minimum two years of experience in driving motor vehicles}
- Lower Division Clerk/ Hindi Typist - {12th pass with a typing speed of 35 words per minute in English or 30 words per minute in Hindi on computer}
- Store Keeper - {12th pass}
- Mess Staff/ Multitasking Staff/ Vulcaniser - {10th pass}.
