- Lead end-to-end full life cycle recruitment from direct approach to completion
- Proactively sourcing candidates as well as creating and maintaining talent pools
- Ensure that all aspects of the process are compliant in line with the policy and regulatory requirements
- Provide data insights and market intelligence to support and influence hiring strategies
- Manage escalations with a sense of urgency to provide effective solutions
- Identify Process gaps to drive continuous improvement and bring an innovative mindset to help deliver on strategic objectives.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For recruiter post, the payable salary will be Rs 41,600 per month approximately.
