Salary/Pay and Grade Pay -  For executive officer post, the payable salary will be Rs 35,000 and for clerk post, the payable salary will be Rs 21,000 per month. Further information about salary details is mentioned in the detailed advertisement.

Educational Qualifications - The educational qualification details for these posts are mentioned below.
  • Executive Officer - {a graduate degree in any discipline with minimum 60% of marks with minimum three years of service as officer in any bank and should be able to read, write and speak Marathi with fluency}
  • Clerk - {a graduate degree in any discipline with with minimum 60% of marks}.

Selection Method - For recruitment in the Life Insurance Corporation of India
, the candidate will be selected on the basis of their performance in written exam and then personal interview. Candidates must be prepared for these tests. 
 
Syllabus and Exam Pattern -  The question paper for the following subjects will be conducted in English only. The computer-based exam will consists of following subjects
  • Reasoning Ability and Computer Aptitude (40 Questions, 40 Marks) 
  • English/ Marathi Language (60 Questions, 60 Marks)
  • Computer Knowledge (40 Questions, 40 Marks)
  • General Awareness (20 Questions, 20 Marks)
  • Quantitative Aptitude - (40 Questions, 40 Marks).
The total number of questions for computer-based objective type exam will be 200 and total marks will be also 200. The duration exam of exam will be of 140 minutes and there will be negative marking of 0.25 marks for one wrong answer. The written exam will be in English Language.
 
Work Experience - No further work experience required for clerk post. Fresher candidates and candidates with no experience can also apply for this recruitment.
