- Check/ correction of folder structure and file naming
- Color check/ Spot color/ color process/ RGB
- Pre-flighting to check Pearson standards are met
- Adding covers to image store
- Crop and save using the specified settings
- Reformatting of existing design
- Art-working of files to prepare for print/ digital
- Creating versions of designs based on a template/ sample
- Creating PDF files using appropriate export settings
- Splitting pages/ files to be repurposed
- Watermarking for marketing/ sample units.
