- Ensure unparalleled customer service and compliance with the customer service standards established by BMW
- Evaluate the current front office and workshop capacity by assessing the daily workload and parts availability to set deadlines and schedule delivery accordingly
- Ensure the optimum throughput of cars from the workshop to meet the specified TAT as per BMW guidelines
- Continuously assess the sale of value-added services / accessories to take steps increase the same
- Monitor the target achievement of spare parts, labor and ensure the customer requirements regarding the parts, value added services are met without any delay
- Examine reports, statements from different teams to understand the performance of the dealership
- Conduct weekly meetings for reviewing team performance as well as to distribute responsibilities
- Assist the Service advisors in communicating with the customers and handle escalation of complaints and grievances.

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For service manager post, the payable salary will be Rs 45,000 per month approximately. Further information about salary details is mentioned in the notification.
