- Assistant - {a graduate degree in arts/ science/ commerce with minimum 8 years of experience in technical education/ administration/ compiling of data on technical personnel in a govt department/ autonomous organization}
- Junior Stenographer - {10th pass with shorthand speed of 100 words per minute in English and typing speed of 40 words per minute in English on computer}
- Upper Division Clerk - {a graduate degree in any discipline}
- Lower Division Clerk - {10th pass and also having a typing a speed of 30 words per minute in English on computer}
- Multitasking Staff - {10th pass/ ITI}.
