Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For personal assistant post, the payable salary will be Rs 35,400 - 1,12,400, for multitasking staff post , the payable salary will be Rs 18,000 - 56,900, for engineering assistant post, the payable salary will be Rs 29,200 - 92,300 and for junior engineering assistant and junior scientific assistant posts, the payable salary will be Rs 25,500 - 81,100 per month. - Personal Assistant - {a graduate degree in any discipline with shorthand speed of 80 words per minute in English and a typing speed of 35 words per minute in English on a computer}
- Engineering Assistant - {a three years diploma in electronics/ computer science engineering with three years of experience in relevant field}
- Junior Engineering Assistant - {a two year of ITI in electrical/ electronics trade with two years of experience in relevant field}
- Junior Scientific Assistant - {B.Sc with physics and mathematics as compulsory subjects and two years of post qualification experience in scientific institute}
- Multitasking Staff (MTS) - {12th pass with a typing speed of 35 words per minute in English or 30 words per minute in Hindi on a computer}.
Selection Method - For recruitment in the Aryabhatta Research Institute of Observational Sciences, the candidate will be selected on the basis of their performance in written test, trade test/ skill test and then a personal interview. Candidates must be prepared for these tests.
