Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For general manager post, the payable salary will be Rs 1,00,000 - 2,60,000, for deputy general manager post, the payable salary will be Rs 80,000 - 2,20,000 and for management trainee posts, the payable salary will be Rs 40,000 - 1,40,000 per month. - General Manager (HR) - {MBA/ a postgraduate diploma in HR/ personnel management/ social science/ social welfare/ social work and minimum 18 years of executive experience}
