Salary/Pay and Grade Pay -  For senior superintendent, assistant administrative officer, senior assistant librarian posts, the payable salary will be Rs 44,900 - 1,42,400 , for superintendent, design instructor, technical instructor posts, the payable salary will be Rs 35,400 - 1,12,400 , for senior assistant post, the payable salary will be Rs 42,000, for senior library assistant, senior assistant, supervisor, technical assistant posts, the payable salary will be Rs 34,000 and for assistant post, the payable salary will be Rs 30,000 per month.   • Design Instructor - {a three years diploma in industrial design/ communication design and four years of post qualification experience in the relevant industry/ a graduate degree in industrial design/ communication design and two years of post qualification experience in the relevant industry}
  • Technical Instructor - {a three years diploma in industrial design/ textile and apparel design and four years of post qualification experience in the relevant industry/ a graduate degree in industrial design/ textile and apparel design and two years of post qualification experience in the relevant industry}
  • Senior Library Assistant - {a graduate degree in library science}
