 Salary/Pay and Grade Pay -  For trained graduate teacher and assistant teacher posts, the payable salary will be Rs 9,300 - 34,800 with Rs 4,200/4,600 grade pay and for lower division clerk, counselor, head clerk, patwari posts, the payable salary will be Rs 5,200 - 20,200 with Rs 1,900/2,000 grade pay per month. Educational Qualifications - The educational qualification details for these posts are mentioned below.
  • Trained Graduate Teacher (Hindi/ Natural Science/ Maths/ Social Science/ Bengali) - {a graduate degree in relevant subject, a diploma/ degree in teaching and should have qualified CTET from CBSE}
  • Assistant Teacher (Primary) - {12th pass with at least 50% marks and a two years diploma in elementary education or four years bachelor of elementary education}
  • Assistant Teacher (Nursery) - {12th pass with at least 45% marks and a two years diploma/ certificate in nursery teacher education programme or B.Ed in nursery}
  • Lower Division Clerk - {10th pass with a typing speed of 35 words per minute in English or 30 words per minute in Hindi on computer}
  • Counselor - {a graduate degree in psychology/ applied psychology, a post graduate diploma in counseling psychology and one year of experience in relevant field or a postgraduate degree in psychology/ counseling psychology/ clinical psychology/ applied psychology} 
  • Head Clerk/ Patwari - {a graduate degree in any discipline}.
