1. Master - 11
2. Lascar - 52
3. Senior Engine Driver - 06
4. Engine Driver - 16
5. Greaser - 06
6. Fireman - 09.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For master and senior engine driver posts, the payable salary will be Rs 35,400 - 1,12,400, for lascar posts, the payable salary will be Rs 25,500 - 81,100, for engine driver posts, the payable salary will be Rs 29,200 - 92,300 and for greaser and fireman posts, the payable salary will be Rs 18,000 - 56,900 per month. Selection Method - For recruitment in the Ministry of Defence, the candidate will be selected on the basis of their performance in written test, physical endurance test, swimming test and then personal interview. Candidates must be prepared for these tests.
