Responsibilities for Operations Executive -
- Reviewing existing processes, identifying inefficiencies and suggesting improvements to manage and optimize company’s processes
- Ensure that they are used efficiently to meet production targets
- Oversee inventory levels to ensure that there’s enough stock to meet demand but not so much that resources are wasted
- Analyzing operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement is often part of the role
- Responsible for reporting these findings to senior management
- Delivering on the daily operations dispatch quota
- Possess good people management and communication skills preferably strong background of WMS (Warehouse Management System).
Responsibilities for Data Entry Operators -
- Support day-to-day warehouse operations, including inventory management, inbound and outbound processes and stock movement
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports using Microsoft Excel, Word and other MS Office applications
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of warehouse activities
- Identify operational issues and escalate them appropriately to ensure minimal disruption
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a high-pressure and time-sensitive work environment
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth workflow.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For operations executive post, the payable salary will be Rs 25,800 and for data entry operator post, the payable salary will be Rs 34,200 per month approximately.
