Responsibilities for Associate Process Manager -
- Collaborate with editing, client servicing, and customer care teams to understand and deliver on client requirements
- Coordinate and respond to queries from in-house and freelance editors globally in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of all company processes to ensure effective execution
- Build and nurture strong relationships with editors by fostering a positive and professional environment
- Engage with editors through phone and email communication to ensure seamless coordination.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For associate process manager post, the payable salary will be Rs 33,300 per month approximately.
