Responsibilities of On-boarding Support Representative -
- Coordinate the on-boarding process for new contractors, including collecting necessary documentation, facilitating training sessions, conducting background checks and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the main contractor success call in line as well as to determine long term sustainability of these communication options
- Serve as the primary point of contact for contractors, providing guidance and support throughout their engagement with the organization, addressing any questions or concerns they may have and facilitating communication between contractors and internal teams
- Maintain accurate records of contractor information, including contracts, time-sheets and performance valuations, ensuring compliance with company policies
- Address any issues or conflicts that arise during the course of a contractor's engagement, working with relevant stakeholders to find timely and effective solutions.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For On-boarding Support Representative post, the payable salary will be Rs 42,100 per month approximately.
