  • Cultivate and leverage relationships with trade to strengthen our market position. Further, use the same and provide feedback and reports to the branch office.

  • Manage the Network for WL1A-2C capability agenda
  • Effective deployment of global learning programs
  • Build a strong induction program for new hires delivered at defined cadence
  • Lead the organized trade executive trainee program
  • Management of organized trade salespersons
  • Design the well-being agenda for organized trade and leverage global health and well-being for execution
  • Designing and driving formal coaching/ mentoring intervention for leadership team members.
