Responsibilities of Customer Support Intern
  • Work closely with our experienced technical support engineering team to provide technical assistance and support to Kaspersky B2B customers
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to customer via email or ticketing system, addressing inquiries related to Kaspersky installation, configuration and usage
  • Proactively seek opportunities to expand your knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and best practices through training sessions, online resources, and hands-on experience
  • Assist in creating and updating technical documentation, including user guides, troubleshooting procedures, and knowledge base articles, to facilitate client self-help and internal knowledge sharing
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, conveying technical information in a clear and concise manner to facilitate problem resolution and collaboration.

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay -  For customer support intern post, the payable salary will be Rs 25,300 per month approximately.
