Responsibilities of People Success Intern -
- Assist in organizing and coordinating the on-boarding process for new in-folks
- Collaborate with various departments to facilitate the seamless integration
- Ensure completion of exit checklist for exiting employees
- Support employees with performance related queries
- Help create and update career ladders for different functions
- Collaborate with the captains to identify learning needs
- Support the people success team in data collection, entry and analysis
- Assist in generating reports and dashboards to gain insights and support data
- Assist in documenting and updating standard operating procedures
- Assist in reviewing and updating people related policies and procedures.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For People Success Intern post, the payable salary will be Rs 30,700 per month approximately. (Note - Salaries mentioned are based on data from Glass-door, Ambition
