Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For police constable, lower division clerk, barbar, washer-man posts, the payable salary will be Rs 19,900 - 63,200, for pharmacist post, the payable salary will be Rs 29,200 - 92,300, for stenographer post, the payable salary will be Rs 25,500 - 81,100 and for nursing assistant, mess servant and sweeper post, the payable salary will be Rs 18,000 - 56,900 per month. - Police Constable (Armed Police) - {10th pass}
- Pharmacist (Armed Police) - {a graduate degree or diploma in pharmacy with minimum 2-3 years of experience in reputed pharmacy}
- Stenographer - {12th pass with shorthand speed of 100 words per minute and typing speed of 35 words per minute in English}
- Lower Division Clerk - {12th pass with typing speed of 35 words per minute in English}
- Barbar/ Washer-man/ Nursing Assistant/ Mess Servant/ Sweeper - {10th pass with ITI in relevant trade}.
Selection Method - For recruitment in the Police Department, the candidate will be selected on the basis of their
performance in written exam, physical measurement test and physical efficiency test. Candidates
must be prepared for these tests.
