Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For assistant director and deputy director posts, the payable salary will be Rs 15,600 - 39,100 with Rs 5,400/6,600 grade pay, for programme officer and senior assistant posts, the payable salary will be Rs 9,300 - 34,800 with Rs 4,200/4,600 grade pay and for junior assistant post, the payable salary will be Rs 5,200 - 20,200 with Rs 2,400 grade pay per month. - Deputy Director/ Assistant Director - {B.Sc in horticulture/ B.E/B.Tech in computer science/ information technology/ electronics/ communication engineering/ food processing/ MCA/ M.Sc in computer science/ MBA with 2-5 years of post qualification experience)
- Programme Officer - {a graduate degree in any discipline with two years of post qualification experience}
- Senior Assistant/ Junior Assistant - {a graduate degree in any discipline with knowledge of computers}.
