Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For senior manager post, the payable salary will be Rs 60,000 - 75,000, for assistant manager post, the payable salary will be Rs 25,000 - 30,000, for manager post, the payable salary will be Rs 50,000 - 60,000, for deputy manager post, the payable salary will be Rs 35,000 - 45,000 and for creative designer post, the payable salary will be Rs 20,000 - 25,000 per month. - Assistant Manager (ITSC) - {B.E/B.tech
in computer science/ information technology/ information science/
electronics and communication with minimum 55% marks and minimum three
years of experience in software/ hardware deployments}
- Assistant Manager (Placement) - {MBA/ PGDM/ a postgraduate degree in mass communication with three years of experience}
- Assistant Manager (HR and Admin) - {MBA/ PGDM in Human Resource Management/ Industrial Relations with minimum 55% marks}
- Assistant Manager (Accounts and Finance) - {MBA in finance/ CA/ICWA/ CMA/ M.Com and diploma/ certificate in computer applications with three years of experience}
- Assistant Manager (Administration) - {a graduate degree in any discipline with minimum 55% marks}
- Manager (Legal) - {LLB with minimum 55% marks and ten years of experience in handling legal matters}
