Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For head constable post, the payable salary will be Rs 25,500 - 81,100, for inspector post, the payable salary will be Rs 44,900 - 1,42,400, for sub-inspector post, the payable salary will be Rs 35,400 - 1,12,400, for assistant sub-inspector post, the payable salary will be Rs 29,200 - 92,300 and for constable post, the payable salary will be Rs 21,700 - 69,100 per month. Selection Method - For recruitment in the Central Reserve Police Force, the candidate will be selected on the basis of their performance in written exam, physical test, medical examination, shortlisting and then personal interview. Candidates must be prepared for these tests.
