The total number of vacancies are 357.

1. Assistant Secretary - 21

2. Analyst - 14
3. Junior Translator - 08
4. Senior Assistant - 60
5. Stenographer - 25
6. Accountant - 06

Salary/Pay and Grade PayFor assistant secretary and analyst posts, the payable salary will be Rs 15,600 - 39,100 with Rs 6,600 grade pay, for junior translator post, the payable salary will be Rs 9,300 - 34,800 with Rs 4,200 grade pay per and for remaining posts, the payable salary will be Rs 5,200 - 20,200 with Rs 2,400 grade pay month. Educational Qualifications - Candidates have done 10th (matriculation), 12th/ a graduate degree in any discipline, B.Ed or its equivalent/relevant/higher qualification from a recognized board or university. Selection Method - For recruitment in the
Central Board of Secondary Education, the candidate will be selected on the basis of their performance in the online written exam and then a personal interview. Candidates must be prepared for these tests.
