Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For assistant general manager post, the payable salary will be Rs 59,170 - 66,070, for chief manager posts, the payable salary will be Rs 50,030 - 59,170, for manager posts, the payable salary will be Rs 31,705 - 45,950, for senior manager posts, the payable salary will be Rs 42,020 - 51,490 and for assistant manager posts, the payable salary will be Rs 23,700 - 42,020 per month. Selection Method - For recruitment in the Indian Bank, the candidate will be selected on the basis of their performance in screening tests, trials and then personal interview. Candidates must be prepared for these tests.
Work Experience - No further work experience required for the assistant manager posts. Fresher candidates and candidates with no experience can also apply for this post. But for all remaining posts, experience is must according to relevant trades.
