Responsibilities of Payments Associate -
- Upload and monitor payroll payment files across banking platforms, ensuring all required checks and approvals are completed within deadlines
- Track payments through to completion, resolve rejected files or discrepancies and coordinate with payroll, treasury and other teams
- Maintain payment templates, trackers, process documentation and audit records
- Support routine payroll and administrative activities across APAC and EMEA
- Manage multiple payroll deadlines while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality and compliance
- Identify recurring issues and contribute to process
- improvements and more efficient ways of working.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For payment associate post, the salary will be Rs 41,600 per month approximately.
