Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For operations intern
post, the payable salary will be Rs 22,400 per month approximately. (Note - Salaries mentioned are based on data from Glass-door, Ambition

Responsibilities of Operations Intern -
- Take full ownership of assigned facilities as the primary contact for all coordination and operational activities
- Maintain oversight of facility operations, including ADTs, patient activity, insurance eligibility, consent status and health scheduling
- Ensure 100% of eligible patients within assigned facilities have active consent forms
- Maintain a live consent tracker showing consents received, pending or expiring
- Coordinate with US Operations (via Michele) to confirm that all new admissions have valid consents uploaded
- Share weekly consent status updates with Field Ops/ FCC and escalate facilities with missing or delayed consents
- Review new admissions and discharges daily using the shared insurance sheet
- Identify new patients and ensure they go through the standard operational flow.
