Responsibilities for HR Intern
  • Attend college career fairs, interact with students and promote our employer brand
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews and perform skills assessment tests for junior positions and internships
  • Report on recruiting metrics after every careers event, including number of candidates interviewed and hired
  • Advertise current open roles to online and offline alumni communities
  • Contact university career counselors and provide informative materials about our internship programs
  • Post job ads and source potential candidates on social media groups
  • Build and maintain good relationships with universities and other educational institutions.
Responsibilities for Customer Support Executive - 
  • Provide customer support via phone calls for international customers in English languages
  • Manage customer expectations and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Document customer interactions for review and follow-up
    Utilize computing and technical expertise to respond to customer inquiries
  • Regularly review customer feedback and take measures to improve customer service
  • Inform customers on the steps to follow to exploit services of the company
  • Handle customer’s problems, inquires, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide support to customers in multiple languages via calls
  • Recognize and refer potential complaints that require support from supervisors
  • Ensure that customer queries are addressed in a timely and accurate manner
  • Regularly update customer database with accurate information.
 
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay -  For customer service executive post, the payable salary will be Rs 24,160, for customer support specialist post, the payable salary will be Rs 31,300 and for technical support associate post, the payable salary will be Rs 27,700 per month approximately. (Note - Salaries mentioned are based on data from Glass-door, Ambition Box, etc. and may vary. The figures provided here are not fixed and are subject to fluctuations.
