- Ensure SLAs are met consistently at individual and team level

- Constantly remain abreast of new changes
- Implement feedback and corrective actions to avoid repeat instances.

- Engage in customer service, data processing, and backend operations
- Collaborate with teams to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities of UK IT Recruiter -
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
- Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media and internal database
- Schedule interviews and assess candidates to ensure a strong cultural and skill fit
- Manage end-the-end recruitment process; including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
