Responsibilities of Support Specialist (Back Office) - 
  • Applying standard procedures to investigate and resolve customer issues with accuracy and care
  • Handling basic FAQs and troubleshooting support independently, seeking guidance only on complex cases
  • Delivering high-quality, efficient support on frequent and less complex requests
  • Gathering relevant information in a structured way to conduct investigations
  • Meeting service level agreements with quality and consistency
  • Supporting core product functionality and helping customers with basic product-related queries
  • Communicating clearly and simply to ensure a great customer experience.
 
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay -  For support specialist (back office) posts, the salary will be Rs 35,000 per month approximately. (Note - Salaries mentioned are based on data from Glass-door etc. and may vary.
