Responsibilities for Customer Services Associate
  • Responsible for handling of Inbound calls/ outbound from credit card holders to resolve customer services requests, complaints and queries as per agreed SLAs
  • Provide servicing to customers  ensuring optimum service levels to enhance customer experience
  • Achieve targets on a daily basis like AHT, productivity, cross sell (S2S), retention, voice call quality and procedures
  • Provide real-time inputs and raise red flags on process gaps, ensuring minimal repeated errors on escalations
  • Ensure maintenance of TAT of resolution across sub-processes
  • Ensure process documentation and compliance adherence.
Responsibilities for Social Media Senior Executive
  • Liaise with Sales, marketing, Risk, Product, pricing and collection for the deviations and change/ improvement in process to drive customer centricity
  • Work proactively on probable escalation/ early warning signal triggers as per defined process
  • Ensure real time response on social media platform basis customer sentiments and ensure business reputation is maintained
  • Own and track mapping and allocation pending volume
  • Ensure process documentation and compliance adherence.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay -  For customer services associate post, the payable salary will be Rs 25,800 - 29,160 and for social media senior executive post, the payable salary will be Rs 34,500 per month approximately. (Note - Salaries mentioned are based on data from Glass-door, Ambition Box, etc. and may vary. The figures provided here are not fixed and are subject to fluctuations.
