- Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking and leveraging social media platforms to expand the client base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring clear, responsive communication and alignment on goals
- Translate client briefs into actionable tasks for internal teams, ensuring high-quality and timely project delivery across content, design, production and post production teams
- Work closely with teams across content, production, finance and post production to ensure seamless execution of client projects and campaigns
- Track campaign performance, analyze results and present insights and actionable recommendations to clients
- Proactively address client concerns, manage expectations and resolve issues with professionalism and transparency
- Stay updated on client industries, digital trends and emerging tools to bring strategic value and insights to client conversations and business development efforts.
Responsibilities of Business Analyst -
- Work with large, complex data sets to solve business problems, applying advanced analytical methods as needed
- Monitor and forecast key business metrics regularly
- Conduct regular planning and reviews key performance metrics and aid in benefiting from change
- Identify the right metrics to track progress against a given business goal
- Design, run and measure experiments to test business hypotheses
- Develop compelling stories with business insights, focusing on the strategic goals of the organization.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For business analyst post, the payable salary will be Rs 49,160 and for business development executive post, the payable salary will be Rs 25,800. (Note - Salaries mentioned are based on data from
