Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For welfare officer posts, the payable salary will be Rs 29,740 - 1,03,000, for supervisor posts, the payable salary will be Rs 27,600 - 95,910, for secretarial assistant post, the payable salary will be Rs 23,910 - 85,570, for junior office assistant post, the payable salary will be Rs 21,540 - 77,160 and for junior technician posts, the payable salary will be Rs 18,780 - 67,390 per month. - Welfare Officer - {a graduate degree or diploma in social science, a postgraduate degree of arts in social work/ labour law/ labour welfare}
- Supervisor (Technical Control/ Technical Operation) - {a diploma in engineering (printing)/ B.E/B.Tech/ B.Sc in printing}
- Supervisor (Official Language) - {a postgraduate degree in English/ Hindi with Hindi/English subject at graduate level with one year of experience in translation from Hindi to English and vice versa}
- Secretarial Assistant - {a graduate degree in any discipline with minimum 55% of marks and having shorthand speed of 80 words per minute in English or Hindi and typing speed of 40 words per minute in English or Hindi}
- Junior Office Assistant - {a graduate degree in any discipline with minimum 55% of marks and typing speed of 40 words per minute in English and 30 words per minute in Hindi on computer}
- Junior Technician - {ITI in mechanical/ air conditioning/ electrical/ electronics trade}.
Selection Method - For recruitment in the CNP, the candidate will be selected on the basis of their performance in online written exam, skill test and then document verification. Candidates must be prepared for these tests.
Work Experience - No further work experience required for most of the posts. Fresher candidates and candidates with no experience can also apply for this recruitment.
