Responsibilities for Customer Associate -
- Acquire new customers
- Call Jio customers and explain them about Jio's recharges
- Assist the customers in completing Jio recharge
- Sell new Jio connections to prospective customers
- Resolve customer queries within agreed timelines
- Ensure a delightful customer experience
- Respond to all customers in appropriate tone and language
- Learn about Jio's plans, products and services to add value to the offering.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For customer associate post, the payable salary will be Rs 28,000 per month approximately.
