Responsibilities for KYC Support Associate -
- Perform scrutiny of credit card applications
- Check if application is compliant to KYC norms
- Conduct Credit checks in document with predefined policies and get into income calculations
- Ensure adherence to TAT and accuracy for decision-making
- Check for validity of documents attached with the application
- Perform process documentation and compliance adherence.
- Ensuring KYC scrubbing task adherence within timelines
- Meeting daily production requirements
- Preparing and publishing daily refusal reconciliations
- Preparing and publishing high risk as per compliance audit requirements
- Managing customer communication plan as per schedule
- Ensure accurate data/ files updation and MIS for critical processes
- Check KYC reduplication of applications as per the agreed timeline and TAT including database updations
- Ensure 100% closure of daily incorrect pan cases which are an overlap with KYC renewals
- Ensure closure of daily in progress cases assigned.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For KYC support associate, executive posts, the payable salary will be Rs 25,800 - 29,160 per month approximately.
